The motive of love in threnodies of Anna Stanislavska

Abstract

The problems of creative comprehension of motive of love in threnodies of Anna Stanislavska are considered in the article. The elements of autobiography and the specifics of their individual and author's embodiment in poetic text are determined. The role of marriage relations is found out at forming of emotions and feelings of the author. Both positive and negative emotions that arise in the main heroine of threnodies to her husbands and that form the different displays of love to them are distinguished. In relationship with the first man this feeling is desirable and mutual, in the second marriage love suddenly comes. The influence of ancient and Christian models of love on the formation of the author's model is considered. Love is also examined as a manifestation of God's mercy - light, pure, and as the fire inflamed by Venus – passionate, unpredictable. In the article are analyzed the lexical-stylistic ways of transferring love through the use of symbols, metaphor, reception of affect and others.
